Card is pearlised, i stamped it with a Little Claire pointssetia stamp then decoupaged it, coloured with spectrums.I printed the sentiment which i got from Pink Petticoat.Added little matching gems to finish off.Entering it into- Party time tues # 46-"Anything Goes"
