Made this card with a Penny Black stamp that i won from Elaine (technaphopes), thank you to her, coulered in with pm's then decoupaged,i used glitter and stickles for a bit of bling.I did the distressed look too, ms border punches-paper from papermania-flowers and embellie from stash hope you like?.Im entering this into the following challenges- Creative Inspiration # 53 "distressing"
