Sadness and Joy

Hi to you all, i haven't been blogging for a while as my lovely mum has been very poorly she was in hospital then transferred to our local hospice where she sadly passed away last thurs. Mum had lung cancer she fought it without chemo for a long time i will miss her so much. My eldest daughter Natalie has told us she is pregnant! i went with her and Andrew for the first scan i am so pleased!. Mum knew about Natalie and she was so sad that she wont be here (,I am sure she will from heaven). Hugs to Mandy "A sprinkling of glitter" as she lost her dear mum on the same day!. I will get around to visit your blogs  soon!.

In Sorrow

HI to all, i am back home for a while so got to upload cards i made a bit back.
I had to make this for a dear friend who lost her mum to cancer.
Anyway i used an embossing folder i think it was with a craft mag? i then added black pearls the butterfly was from a download that i cut out.
I die cut the sentiment then matted onto black card stock,then added black ribbon with bow to finish.

HELLO TO ALL i  have been missing for a while now as i have been looking after mum mostly at her house,she's been in hospital too with sepsis, as though the cancer isn't enough!. Anyway i am home for a break so the lovely Angie re designed my blog hope you like it?, I uploaded this card i made a while ago now but i adore the image! I will have a look round for a challenge or two to enter. and just to say THANK YOU to kind blogger friends for pm's asking about mum, Sarah too for the gorgeous cards you sent to her ! x

Hi all Happy New Year!!! This is one of the many xmas cards i made, i used a lovely die for the bauble (which is a shop bought one) although i did add a bit of glitter.The frame of the card is paper pierced. The fancy corners are also die cut, (i never remember which die's they are) spellbinders i think.The backing paper from stash, i then printed the sentiment and die cut it.Gems from stash. Oh and the faux stitching id a die that i bought not long ago, hope you like my cas card?. MERRY CHRISTMAS

I know i haven't been on blogger for a while but been so busylooking after mum and getting ready for christmas.I will be around again soon.Just wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas and Thank You for visiting and commenting on my blog all year. xxx

Happy Birthday

Hi to you all i haven't been feeling to good lately. anyway i made this card for my nephews birthday .The image is made of foam it's an embellie from a stcicker sheet, i added the number 8.

He is stuck onto a circle and scalloped die which i also embossed with a sizzix star folder.

The dp is from a book of papers from Lidl or Aldi? one of them anyway.I was surprised as it's good quality too.

I added martha stewart punched borders and a strip of glittered card (not good pic).

The banner is cut out from a page, sentiment added and twine.

Oh the corners are an su punch, hope you like?.

Gorgeous digi image from cuddly buddly, i coloured him in with pro/markers then added stickles and glitter. To get the glittery frame i put dst around the edges of the card then applied fine glitter. The sentiment is a stamp, Just a  cas card simples!.
